Jacob Levy
Jacob is a founding partner of LEDG Capital and has been a driving force behind the growth and maturation of the company. He is instrumental in the company’s acquisition and financing strategy, which has driven growth in both geographical location and diversity of transactions. He is also responsible for the oversight and execution of recapitalization projects and supervises management of the company’s growing portfolio.
Dmitry Gourkine
Dmitry leads the LEDG management team and brings over a decade of affordable housing experience and industry relationships to source and acquire new properties. Before founding LEDG, Dmitry participated in over 350 LIHTC and HUD transactions totaling more than $4.5B in value while acting as the Senior Vice President for the nation’s largest affordable housing brokerage firm.
